The Bentway

For a brand new outdoor public event space, The Bentway has a lot of history. It runs under Toronto’s Gardiner Expressway, which was built in 1958 and has been cutting the city off from its waterfront ever since. Leaning into that legacy, this launch helped The Bentway create a unifying celebration for the entire city - a block party 60 years in the making.
